TLC BH Program is dedicated to housing those who struggle with substance use or behavioral health challenges. We provide evidence-based services that promote long-term recovery and emotional well-being.
TLC Community Program is dedicated to expanding services beyond housing to include transportation assistance, food, clothing, employment, and emergency financial assistance, Peer Support, and community resource navigation and referrals.
