We help you along the way as you return to your community through Employment Readiness, Community Reintegration, Identification/Documentation Assistance, Court Collaboration, Probation & Reentry Coordination and Recovery / Supportive services**

TLC Community Program is dedicated to expanding services beyond housing to include transportation assistance, food, clothing, employment, and emergency financial assistance, Peer Support, and community resource navigation and referrals.
